Great deal from Staples, they actually have the lowest price on something -- NO PRICEMATCH! Just add this to your cart:
http://www.staples.com/Catalog/Browse/SKU.asp?BCFlag=False&PageType=1&SKU=425613

its only $199.98, so everyone could use this cheap plastic ruler at only $.32:
http://www.staples.com/Catalog/Browse/SKU.asp?BCFlag=False&PageType=1&SKU=505982

And then apply the wonderful $40 off $200 from http://www.techbargains.com/coupons.cfm to get yourself to $160.30, free next day shipping!

This one looks like a real copy machine with flatbed scanning and the next best price i could find was $245.

Edit:: Sorry, no fax feature as i had previously thought.

It's a nice find. Problem is it's an inkjet. For something that bulky, most people might want a laser.

I got it from Office Depot for 145 shipped with coupon code.

<EDIT> Maybe I should add that it is a refurbished unit, same warranty and so forth, the printer is sooo quiet, the copier part was the big reason I got it, the software is fast to install, not alot of bloatware. I ordered it last Sunday and got it Monday so I was pleased with that service. Coupon code is on a TECHnology BARGAINS dotCOM site if you want it.

You can PM me if you need anything else.

heh great deal... I actually did this one last week or so. mine is set up and working great now. I've had experience with this model before at a small business that I provide "nerd services" for. Seems to work great for them too. Definately not for huge volume, but a great multifunction for the price!

Hey guys. There is a REBATE for $50 too as long as you are willing to put down a PC serial number. According to the rebate, you do NOT HAVE to provide proof of purchase on the PC part and you only qualify for $50

Please post a link to the rebate/thread with rebate. Sometimes it is difficult to find other threads, even after a search. Thanks

Rebate can be accessed from here: PCS 500 info

VERY complicated instructions, but, the way I read it, you do have to provide receipts and UPC codes (may not need to be original for non-HP products) "...original or copy of store-identified receipt(s) for all qualifying product purchases, dated between June 24, 2001 and October 13, 2001, with purchase prices circled and 3) UPC/barcode label for EACH qualifying product."

Anyone else have different ideas?

Allison
