here's why i think this is fake:

1) the site looks crappy.
2) it has "msn" in the url, when the survey is asking for feedback on e-business.
3) it's not a feedback form, it's a survey.
4) it's registered to (source: whois.com):

Perseus Development Corporation
Barnaby Claydon
222 Forbes Road, Suite 208
Braintree, MA 02184
US
Phone: 781-848-8100
Fax..: 781-848-9700
Email: bclaydon@perseus.com

hope they get sued.

Wow, that was a lot of BS. I'm not really expecting this to come but if it does, great.

Worth a shot. I could use Visio (for free). Kind of lengthy in the questions, but easy enough I guess.

Actually, the fact that it is Perseus is a good reason to believe that this is legitimate. Perseus is a company that specializes in running surveys (including selling software, and as in this case, hosting the servers). Microsoft probably hires them to run additional surveys too.

I love the fact that the site appears to be using PERL SCRIPTS (.pl files) when processing each page! So much for using MS technologies! :p

BTW, as best I can tell, it's an IIS server (which does support cgi-bin & perl). Click this bad URL and see which web server reports that the page is not found. Shows IIS for me.

maybe this is legit. i was thinking it might be some company using microsoft's name to generate responses. expected microsoft would do a little better with its website.

anyway, even if it is legit, that legal notice is a big turnoff? :D

I did this last time, but they "ran out". They got my personal information and I got nothing.

look this has to be BS. I just pushed next on all the pages w/o filling in anything then submitted my address and got the thankyou page. if they really wanted this information they would have at least some fields required.

Even a newbie can tell it's BOGUS

Sorry... too late.

"While Supplies Last" that means they could have one copy of one of those programs.....

Cant believe anyone here would even bother to fill that thing out....
