What do you put other than ground beef for burger on this?
Does it work well with fish filet?
Can people share some alternate recipes, don't need to be detailed, just of a list of what you can make that taste yummy with this grill.

I'm a vegetarian.

You are the man. I just moved into my first apartment and was about to shell out some serious $$ for one of these.

No, it's not.

Here's a tip...as soon as you finish cooking on it, unplug it and wet 2-4 sheets of paper towels (I mean completely soaked here, not damp) and place on the grill and close the lid on it. It will steam and hiss. After you finish eating, take them out and throw them away and then do easy wipe-up on the rest. Prevents stuff from really cooking on and makes cleanup on the non-stick coating a breeze.

Good idea. What else can you cook on these besides hamburgers and chicken?

Imagine it being an indoor grill...

i might give that a try. i got irritated with having to use 10 paper towels and a lot of elbow grease to get it looking new again. yuck, i wouldn't want ot leave ANY food on it :disgust:

I cook fish on mine. Doesn't leave any taste for next time, either.

The guys are right - clean it after you unplug it and take off the food - you can wait until you're done eating. Just don't want until tomorrow.

I just use a BBQ here in Cali 12 months out of the year no need for an indoor grill...

Good deal though. Amazon deals just do not last long.

You can cook salmon fillets on it. They're really good. 4 minutes per side. Do not try to cook fish, like cod, that falls apart easily.
