I found this on pricewatch on Sunday April 28. Go to pricewatch and the ti4200 is there! 3 venders have it so far. Looks like the 64mb version is going for only $169 and the 128mb version just $198! I can't wait untill newegg has them, I plan on ordering one from them. Newegg will probably have them cheaper and in a better brand. I'll be looking for a visiontek! This is big news! Bump this to the top of the forums, May 2nd is the day we've all been waiting for!

I think a lot of people will be quite happy to hear this. It's going to be one killer card. :)

Ok. But I don't want to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for the card I want. :| Oh well, I keep trying to convince myself it will be worth the wait, but this GTS is aging 10 years a day.

Checked pricewatch, the site I checked out had it listed as May 2nd, but they said they pushed it back a week, so if you pre-order the card from them, it'll ship may 10th instead of the 2nd.

I really wanted that card too but the urge to buy is too strong.

My Radeon 32ddr is not cutting it anymore & I think a nice 8500 will do very nicely, besides those 4200 will no be cheap here in Canada when they come out.:(

Gainward cards usually have the best 2d of the manufacturers. I'm pretty sure it's on par w/ 8500 2d.

Newegg.com has the hercules 8500LE instock for 125.00 + free fed-ex express shipping... 250/250 core/mem. I like the ti4200 as much as the next guy, but the only cards listed on pricewatch are from a vender most people haven't heard of before and it still goes for 169 + shipping. Hmmm...I'll wait and see how morrowind will run on my 7500 first :)

Yeah i'm looking for morrowind too. I wanna run it on the 4200, but who knows, maybe the 8500 will be able to handle it better. Last I knew of the 4200 was clocked at 250/250.

I'm going to wait to see what Matrox is hiding with this Parhelia. From people are saying, this is what Anand went to see in San Francisco and is going to be HUGE.

It should be interesting to find out what Anand went to see in San Fran. There's definitely something brewing in the video-card industry, some uknown company has something up their sleeves.

<< Not much sep. I think your p3 1 gig would be holding you back if you got a Ti4200. >>

I doubt a 1 Gig processor would hold the card back much.
