I don't believe my eyes, but yes Iocombo is selling it from $1425 (there is a $50 coupon for all XL series, but you use your skill to find it on their site). This is a Centrino (Pentium M) Notebook. The PC Magazine just dubbed the product as the best bang for the buck and I know why :) ...

Gateway Centrino Notebook from $1375 and more

I hope this is not a price mistake or oops sorry but we don't have it anymore stuff :) ... I already dip in and buy one. Just informing you guys about this deal :) Happy hunting.

It's a laptop with a 1.6 centrino in it for only 1375, thats a steal for a 1.6. Dell wants ~2100 for that.

I tried to make this exact spec in Gateway web site ... I got close to 20% higher than the quoted price + shipping in Iocombo. I think this is a superb deal considering that they offer the 3 months Gateway warranty with 1 year Iocombo extended warranty. And this is Centrino chip :)

Still, Gateway sucks... Why is it that they can't make SXGA or UXGA screens? All they ever seem to have are XGAs.

Dang .. that is cheap ... it is like 30% lower than what Gateway has in their web site. The 200XL series have a really good review too. Awesome deal :) . .thanks.
