That's a digital zoom only camera so it's not too useful if you need the zoom feature because you get terrible resolution if you zoom. At full zoom (2.5x) you only get 330K resolution!!!

I bought one of these over the holidays. A nice beginning camera. One thing I do not like is that it does NOT hace a lense cover. As with all digital cameras buy stock in Duracell because it eats batteries!

Camera is more than ok for quick pics to post/email on the web. Simple to use, uses smartmedia cards, comes with USB cable. Not a bad piece of technology for $159.

Bought a set of AA rechargable batteries and a 64MB smartmedia card and have been taking lots of pics since Christmas. Haven't had to use the 35mm camera since.

Or better yet, visit Thomas Distributing and pick up a pack of MAHA Powerleap 1800's and a charger. these batteries last a long time.

This is a decent deal. I bought this camera from HSN for $160 back in November. Takes great pictures, although no optical zoom or lens cap. I can't complain though. Battery life is decent (using Radio Shack NiMh 1500Mah rechargeables) and the price was right. It seems that the prices keep dropping on the 2.0 MP and lower cameras. If you can't wait for more price drops, this is a decent deal.
