Qualified reseller usually means some kinda license is required.(also needed to show you don't pay any taxes on purchases). Don't know if they would give it to everybody.

You would know if you were a reseller, trust me if you don't know what it is, you aren't. It requires having a vaild business licence, a resellers certificate, and a contract with Ingram Micro. I am one, only because I run my own computer supply business, I would think that almost no one else here is.

Thresh's web page had a description of how to obtain one of these licenses awhile back.. its actually very easy to obtain.
