Compgeek.com has ThrustMaster Nascar Pro Force Feedback steering wheel for $17.99. WOW!!!

ThrustMaster has traditionally been a real good maker of joysticks.

Cool!

I have an original Logitech Formula Force (the *good* original heavy duty model, not that plastic GP one!), but my friend was looking for a FF wheel.

Thanks.

FYI for racing sim fans - I scooped up Grand Prix 4 for an astonishing $4.77 at Wal-Mart last week. It seemed to be a promotion for a handful of older(?) software titles (was on an endcap at my store).

$11 shipping :( Looks like I'll stick with my non-FF ThrustMaster Nascar Pro wheel

Ugh, $12 shipping. Oh well, still a pretty damn good deal for a USB, Force Feedback wheel.

I went for it. It got very good reviews and seems to be a solid wheel. $30 shipped is not bad at all for this. I haven't ordered from the geeks before but I am happy; had a tracking number 6 hours after ordering.

Can anyone recommend some really good games for a steering wheel.

I just got Colin McRae Rally 3 but it was really really hard to control with my wheel.

Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed. This game is simply incredible as far as force feedback goes. I too have the original Logitech Formula Force wheel, 1st gen cable driven. I also have the Logitech Momo leather wheel. The FF in NFS:pU will knock your socks off. They seemed to have lost it in NFS:HP2, unfortunately. I really like the game play in HP2, but there is no FF at all. If you like rally driving, Microsoft Rally Challenge is pretty good too. The original Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (NFS4) is also very good for FF, but it's dated.

great price on a wheel with FF and a shifter!

as far as racing sims go....can't go wrong with the Papy products.

NASCAR Racing 2003 Season is no game...and Grand Prix Legends will always be the king.
