Here are a few that I can remember:

Lara Croft from TR Underworld
Gloria from Devil May Cry 4 (not too pretty but some very suggestive camera angles)
Miranda from ME2
Tonya (cutscenes) from CC Red Alert 2
 
I agree with the bloodlines suggestion, it certainly had a sultry and slutty cast of characters. Not just in pixel, but in script too.

Unfortunately, her brain and idiot mouth has actually destroyed the physical appeal that once existed for me.

I've never played any of those games. Just remember JMcC on the ads for the more recent one.

º Leliana (Lore version) in Dragon Age: Origins (see the Sacred Ashes CG)
º Liara T'Soni (mostly from ME1, but also recently in ME2's Shadow Broker DLC)
º Lilith/Siren in Borderlands
º Zoey in Left 4 Dead
º Sarah Kerrigan (human) in StarCraft II
 
I clicked on this thread thinking it would be about the objectification and stereotypes of women in gaming, hahahaha.
