I don't want to seem to hijack the thread just to ramble off on one bad transaction but these guys are seriously going down the toilet in a hurry...
I think the majority of the problems rest in their refunding and long ship times. Just look at "Ben's" for the same thread for the CPU, there are a lot of problems with refunds and out of stock items that people have posted.
Case in point:
I had ordered a Lian Li V2000b case from them. I waited for over a week, and it still hadn't shipped. So, I emailed them.....no reply for two days. I called them up, got some guy who basically said that they didn't have that one in stock and he didn't know when they'd have one. He then started to change the order over to a lesser Lian Li (v1000 series). I finally got him to cancel my order entirely.
Two weeks pass and NOTHING of a refund on my credit card. I email them 4 times, no reply. I call them up, and they put me on hold forever TWICE while they "check something." This was two days ago and still no word on when or IF they'll refund the money. If I can't get a hold of them to put a refund on my VISA, i'm going to dispute that charge. The only other company that i have even had HALF the problems with were with Tiger Direct...but they've changed their tune and I'd order from them again.
