Hot deals on Linux games ported by Loki

At Electronics Boutique (At least here in Springfield, OH), all of the Loki games they carried were sub $10 on the clearance rack. Heroes of Might and Magic III, Quake III, Myth II: Soulblighter, and SimCity 3000.

I picked up SimCity3k and QIII. Cool part is that you can use the QIII CD from the Linux version with a Windows binary that you can download from id's website and use it as though it were the Windows version. Linux and Win9x version for $10? 🙂

OT, but I can say wholeheartedly that Terminus is an awesome game. It's the spiritual descendent of Wing Commander: Privateer, with Newtonian physics that rival those in Independence War. I prefer playing with two joysticks: one for roll and yaw, one for thrusters up down left and right. Its too bad that the AI can't keep up with a fighter that moves straight "down" on the Z-axis. 🙂

Any idea if they'll take phone orders?

I have way too many web accounts (many e-commerce), and would rather not have to sign up and manage another account at this time.
