ATT 802.11g PCI Card $11.99, no rebates

its troublesome, why is there a seperate g and gb router? why are there no reviews over this router? :|

Weak, I think you have to purchase online for delivery ($5 shipping)... I tried choosing In-Store Pickup but then the price shot up...

I stopped over at my local CompUSA (Kirkland, WA) and they were still scanning regular price. Definitely online only right now.

the so called G model is 54mbps, its not G-only since all 802.11g standard are compatible with 802.11b

the G/B model is actually a 108mbps model, with the speed boost only when you use the AT&T Plug and share router with their cards (kinda pointless since most newer laptops now are built in with the wireless G, so that would render the speed boost useless for many)

i bought two routers, two cards and a pci card. great christmas gifts...

Weak what planet are you on? I am ordering a pci a pc card and a usb and it will be 43 for 3 pieces delivered.

im looking @ the usb adapter. wish it had free shipping tho. $20 shipped still isnt a bad deal.

does anyone know if atnt has updated drivers to support wpa. wpa is supposedly software upgradable on most hardware already supporting wep.

Definitely online only right now.

The product page for the router does say
"Internet Special"
was $49.99
$19.99

"In-Store Price: $49.99"

Same with all the other items.

I hope you're right, that makes me feel better about ordering approx. $80 of this stuff.

I'd bet a nickel that the rebate is for in-store purchases only - it makes no mention of online purchase or compusa.com, just CompUSA. If not, this thing would be on fire!

is this stuff better than the Black Friday stuff? I don't like the netgear stuff (software is terrible) and I did not open my Belkin Router yet.

I'm in for the router, 1 pci card, and 1 notebook card. Hopefully this stuff is of good quality.

Thanks Aztech!

There's nothing in the rebate that specifically says "in-store" only so it's definitely worth a shot. Great find allisolm! Thanks!

I asked the president of TCA rebates about that particular offer and he said the rebate was good for in-store or online.

"That offer is good at either B&M or online Compusa" was the actual response.

This way you might still get a rejection, but at least your information was from something other than a CSR in another country.
