It was okay the way they handled it to a point. They are local for me, so I took the card to them for a replacement. They wouldn't do it that way, I had to ship it so they had records of them receiving it, so what should have been in and done turned out to take longer. They then shipped me the new/refurb card.

Well, I got a notification when they were on sale then another one when they ran out. I used it to get in on the presale for 1080Ti FTW3 and got notified when they had a second batch for presale.

No different than getting an email notification and you don't have to search some forum then create a thread to bitch about not getting in on the sale.
