I assume you want the X1600 for light gaming, if not Dell's deal for today is a Core Duo with 100 GB drive for $699.

Hmm... I thought that model only came with a 100GB drive. My bad. I wonder if it's another Newegg typo.

Anyhoo... Dave is right. 2.5" drives don't come in the same sizes as 3.5" drives.

I was thinking along the lines of 160, but what the hell, that's what a desktop is for 😛.

But I did manage to look around - for your price range I think you could cook up a dell with slightly better specs, especially with those $350 off over $1399 deals.
