DIRECTV® Terms and Conditions
I agree to the following:
If you have chosen to have your DIRECTV system professionally installed, please call 1-800-451-5999 to arrange a date for your installation.
I agree and assent that neither I nor my residence is currently a DIRECTV® subscriber, nor have I or my residence ever been a DIRECTV® subscriber.
I will activate my DIRECTV® Select Choice or greater programming within 30 days of my receipt of my DIRECTV System.
If I do not comply with all of the terms of this Agreement, I authorize Everything Wireless, a division of Roxy.com, Inc. to charge my credit card a fee of $300.00 for the DIRECTV® System or to pursue any other legal means to collect the $300.00 fee.
I waive any right to sign a contract and by clicking on the "I Agree" button, this Agreement and order form is fully enforceable without my physical signature.
When activating your DIRECTV programming:
DIRECTV must be able to verify your address.
You must provide DIRECTV with your social security number.
You must either provide DIRECTV with a valid credit card number or prepay for two months of service.
This electronic Agreement and order form is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
