Oh good. I needed carbon single wall nanotubes. (I don't really, but doesn't it sound smart when you say that out loud?)

LOL, hah hah hah :)

They are a hot deal because 10 years ago, nothing even remotely similar existed. I recall when buckyballs were first discovered (something kind of similar to the tubes), they easily ran in the thousands per gram for impure samples.

I wonder what shipping costs would be for a 1 gram one?

Hehe , try to buy a gram of Anti-matter. they actually do have some of that stuff . Antimatter is matter with its electrical charge reversed.

Antimatter will always be good for blowing stuff up. Antimatter reactions make nuclear fission and fusion reactions involving equivalent masses look like playing with caps.

No kidding about the PS2 part. I'd buy a gram of carbon nanotubes before I bought a 15k PS2.

I am going to get a few grams and spread them out among my relatives as gifts.

Actually, I will just buy some pixie sticks, take out the powder, divide it up and CALL it Buckytubes. The kiddies will never know the difference! (oh yeah, neither will I).

Too bad they don't have diagrams on that page, I would like to know what it looks like before I know if I need it ;)
