Just called 1 800 456 5000 (number on the page) because I forgot to write down the order number, thought it printed out but didn't. Guy on the phone says confirmation email will be sent out Monday. Orders are currently not in their database at the time, just sitting in some queue.

If my order gets canceled I'll play the part of the ignorant consumer and tell them that all I have to go by is what's on the webpage. If they wanted to sell only to CompUSA then they should post it somewhere. Otherwise it's sloppy business, and I'm not responsible for their incompetence. I'll tell them I ordered 4 video cards, I expect 4 video cards, and since I used a credit card to pay the credit card people are involved too.

im not going to bitch at them, if they decide to honor it, it is on them. But im not going to try to rob them blind if they decide they really cant give out the cards.

It's not robbing them blind. It's just that if they wanted to sell only to CompUSA then why don't they set something up over the phone? If you put it on the webpage where anyone can place an order, then that's on them. Chances are it probably won't go through and I'll end up with nothing, but there is hope.

I had the same prob, servers are insanely slow. Odd though, you would think that even if they sold them to CompUSA that they would charge more than $0.00.
