Check out the link below, Nanosystems is offering cheap a$$ prices for their RAM.

Only drawback is that you can only buy one stick per day. Great deal if you live in the Twin Cities area!!

Memory here I come. Is it bad to mix PC100 and PC133 memory in the
same box?

ScAndal - If they work individually, they will work together, but your memory will only be as fast as the slowest module.

Re the 128/PC133 memory...can you tell if it's CAS2? or is it understood that PC133 is CAS2?

Also, did anyone catch how much shipping is? Couldn't see the answer to either question on the web page.

Website says the PC133 is 7.5ns - should be Cas2 unless the PCB is complete junk. AND, ouch $80 in store/$125 mail order.

These friendly folks have the cheapest ram in town always. This is not a one or 2 day special, but it does go up and down with the market, and now its down. Ram is used to build traffic for the rest of their stuff so don't expect a great mail order price.

Its a strange place to visit. Just a single 15 foot counter and no displays, but the place is frequently crowded especially on weekends when the lines of geeks waiting for their "ram fix" kind of makes me think of what a methadone clinic must look like.
"Two sticks please, the good stuff."

Check your SDRAM you get from General Nanosystems. I've been very lucky with 2 out of the last 3 purchases. First two I got from them about 6 months -12months ago was good stuff. Micron and Toshiba chipset. The last one was complete crap. Wouldn't even post a 133 CAS3. I promptly returned it. I just got another stick today. Gonna fire her up tomorrow and see if I get lucky with this stick.
