I think that's pretty good (providing you actually get the rebate). And you can knock off another $4.50 with bing cashback. Not really a fan of the batmobile cooler...

with the rebate company that they use be prepared to wait about 4 to 5 months to get that rebate if all goes well. last one I got from them was for the wrong amount. even though it was their fault they made me resubmit everything for the difference. luckily they screwed up in my favor and sent the full amount on top of the other partial rebate they had already sent months earlier.

Hmm, the good egg coolers on the 5770 have copper heatpipes. The cooler on the Gigabyte appears to be similar to the 5750 cooler... but it does have a copper node and is a UDV (Ultra Durable VGA) if that even holds any merit.
