hot damn directron, how long's it take for an e-mail confirmation?

I placed an order at 9am this morning, it's now 2:40pm, still no e-mail confirmation

i called them at 11am, they said they'd e-mail me the confirmation, still nothing!! Even posted in their forums, but no surprise, no response.

anyone experience this with them?
