Hot chipset heatsink

I purchased an Asus K8N-E Motherboard and noticed the blue heatsink over the chipset. Then I noticed that it gets extremely hot even with adequate case ventilation.

Any suggestions on what I can, and probably should, replace that blue stock heatsink with?
