For those of you that have a 20% off Small Business S&P catalog coupon

Not all of these are a good deal, just providing the complete list. The higher end CPUs are where you will save about 10% vs current street prices.

I just did for $133, it's called an opteron 2.8 @ stock vcore.

Ah, but try overclocking your Opteron to the same speed as an overclocked FX-57.

:)

Okay, I guess I've been living under a rock. I didn't realize Dell finally caved and started selling AMD processors. It's about time... oh wait, it's way overdue, but anyway, finally...

I think it's funny that Dell sells AMD cpus but won't use them in their systems(besides servers)

This is because of AMD's lawsuit.
Dell and Intel have a deal, and that deal was used in the lawsuit, at which point Dell mysteriously starts selling AMD processors to keep Intel out of hot water.

Wow, these are some great deals. If I hadn't gotten my FX-57 about a month ago for $700 flat, I'd jump on either the FX-57 or the X2-4800, both really sweet stuff. Where does one acquire these coupons? Catalog of some kind? Is it orderable? Where do I get it? Details? PM if necessary.

Also of interest...bought a Precision 670 recently and it came with an "AMD64" folder on the C-Drive...weird!
