Sorry if you already read my post in the Hot Deal forum but I think this board got much talked about in here so just want to give heads up to people who are looking for this board. I think it's a very good price and the board has some good reviews though it can't compare with the MSI board. Anyhow good luck!

The MSI Neo Platinum board, which I think already came out and priced as $150 at CompuHQ.com it's a $70 different but it should be a better nForce3 250 board than this Chaintech since it's with the nForce3 250GB chipset.

The MSI nforce3-250 neo platinum board is in the class of the Chaintech Zenith 250 board. The VNF3-250 is a cut down version of the Zenith and only a 2 phase power design I believe. It also lacks ATA RAID and gigabit ethernet which the MSI has.

Nevertheless, it is a very good deal.

Actually the VNF3 has 2 SATA ports with RAID Support ..

Heck of a board at little more than half the price of the Z..

I'm a little pi**ed.. I paid $95 at Newegg one day before the sale at Zip etc.. :brokenheart:
