I recently purchased a Cannon i860. It is a great printer, fast, quite and excellent prints. Cannon also has great customer support. Ordered online and when it arrived, there was a broken part. Called the dealer and they said I would have to call the manufacturer. I expected it to be a start of a big runaround/hassle.
Called Cannon and I got to talk to a real person in less than 2 minutes, and they sent out new part overnite. They were already aware of a packaging problem. Very knowledgeable rep and probably the best phone support I have ever received recently.
