Hot? Amd duron 1.2 oem $38.00

Yes, where did you see that $3.99 "flat fee" for shipping? And what delivery method was it and was it insured?
The cheapest option for shipping was $4.29 and was labeled "Standard 11-14 Day Delivery-Uninsured". It also came with the following warning:
Customer must understand that by choosing this shipping method, the customer acknowledges that he/she is waiving all rights to claim any damages to the package and the contents inside, as well as package or product loss during shipping. Customer is also releasing Accubyte from all responsibilities and liabilities once the package has been shipped from Accubyte's warehouse. Delivery time may be as long as two weeks and package tracking information may not be available. Customer also understands, accepts responsibility, and releases Accubyte from all liabilities of any warranties that may expire before the product is actually delivered to him/her. Accubyte may also require customer to sign the copy of the order and fax before releasing the order to protect itself from all liabilities. Until proper documentation is received by Accubyte, the order will not be processed, and will delay the total delivery time of the order
We highly recommend insured ground or air shipping to ensure that your package will be delivered with high quality packaging and without any problems to you if the package is lost or damaged. Our professional shipping staff will track your package and file necessary claim documents with the shipping company if you have selected the ground or air shipping with insurance.

I don't know about you but I'd run like heck from that deal because the next lowest shipping is $12.97 for Standard Ground. This essentially means that, if you took the cheaper (and more reasonable) shipping option, they could send you any POS RMA item or just slap it in a crappy package. You get the crap and you get screwed at the same time because you gave up your rights to make a claim for a faulty or damaged product. Such a deal!! NOT. I think I'll pass

I'm a little upset with these guys...I placed an order on 6/23...went to their site to look up how the process was going and said I had to call them. The guy tried to upgrade me to the retail version for another $18. He said the shipment wasn't in yet for the OEMs...yet you go to their site and it says IN STOCK for the 1.2 Duron OEMs.....can we say bait and switch!!
