just a warning:
i bought some 256meg stick they had on sale for like $20 at fry's about a month ago or so
and the thing was the crappiest ram ever
never had a problem with "cheap" ram until I ran into this one.

wouldnt work in one system
and eventualyl slowed down another and cause memory core dumps
bah to you frys!
(couldnt even return it since i was only in AZ on business and im from east coast)

Yep, you get what you paid for, but with frys you can always get some placeholder parts while your Crucial or Infineon memory ships from the internet reseller As long as its shipped within 14 days

You might have better luck than me, but I wouldn't waste any time on this deal. Fry's Ram s*ck!

I bought one @ $22....It registered as 128MB in my computer, I exchagned it three times, and I just found out I still do not have one that works.
