Just got mine today. Seems to work well, and even came with a cheap looking leather case and even a tiny screwdriver to install the tiny screws into the case! I ordered it on the 17th...fast shipping.

I bought the black at $12 a few weeks ago and have been using it without a hitch.

Observed caveats are all minor:
+ the screws that come to hold it together work but are a poor fit as they don't tighten down into their counter-sinks very well.
+ the enclosure is drum-tight: no venting whatsoever. It is aluminum though, so conducts well.
+ no provision for powering except through the bus, so wouldn't get it for a high rotational speed drive.
