You might want to at least add to the title the 19" size 🙂 Its not that hot if its 15" or 17" and ppl might not realize its the larger 19" just by the title.

I've had the Acer AL1912 for about 9 months now and I couldn't be happier. I think that the AL1914 is virtually the same monitor except that the AL1914 has DVI input, speakers and a faster response time @ 12ms. My AL1912 is 16ms with analog input, but it has a great picture quality. I would not hesitate to buy the AL1914 at the price you found it for.

Went on their website..two $30 rebates good until 12/4/2005. If the price in the OP is out the door, this could be very very hot with the rebates.

The price is after Microcenter instant savings and a 50 dollar MIR, sorry should have posted that earlier, but im sure u could combine them with the two 30 dollar rebates and drop the price even lower

Here's my take after visiting the website (rather unspectacular and hokey site at that IMHO):

Listed price currently is 309.99 ... -50 MIR-2x30 MIR = 189.99 USD.

Jdioutkast, perhaps you can cut & paste part of your e-mail you received from the company in regards to the monitor? I'm in the market for a flat screen, and if the price you listed is derived from the arithmetic shown in this post, then the deal is warm to me (the contrast ratio is ok and Acer is so-so brand name).

Microcenter rebates arent too bad.

I bought some stuff a little while back. The rebates came in 4-6 weeks as promised.

Of course, nothing beats Staples Easy Rebates.
Hell...I got my stuff this morning, came home around 7:45. I was done with the rebates less than 10 minutes later. No cutting, no writing, no stamps, no envelopes...ahhh theres the EASY button!
