I'm sorry but Dixiesys > e-rice.net

Dixiesys just had EXPLOSIVE growth (thanks to the forums) but they have had their fair share of growing pains.

If e-rice.net had as many customers as Dixiesys did I'll bet you that the level of service you'd receive would degrade quite a bit.

If we are passing along personal experiences, Eryxma should be most definitely mentioned. They have phenomenal customer service - I do not believe it is physically possible to serve a customer more than I have witnessed and experienced from their organization. Queries are answered usually within minutes - not hours. Complex customer support solved usually in hours - not days. They offer inexpensive shared hosting with Cpanel, H-Sphere, Plesk (Plesk may not be offered any longer to the general shared server public [I happen to have it, though], although they certainly support it), Ensim, etc, as well as virtual "root access" panels such as HSPComplete.

They are not to be overlooked as far as an inexpensive, but extremely high quality hosts are concerned.
