HostPC's current sale

I've heard good things about HostPC in the forums here and noticed they are currently having a sale. Though it all looks good, I won't have any time to mess with side projects until this summer. In addition, my current host won't run out until the end of June.

My question is, can I reliably expect there to be another sale before the end of june? The cheap side of me doesn't want ot have 2 hosts up at the same time, so I wanted to try and get it timed as close to june as possible.

PS do they ever do double-quotas for their low end plan? I don't have high usage but i'd like something to be slightly higher than their base plan.
 
they do double quotas across the board sometimes. dunno if they'll change their tune on that in the future. I believe it happened 2 or 3 times last year?
