I know that dcdomain signed up with them and has good things to say.

The only downside is no CGI support, so if you're ok with that, go for it.

No more than $50/yr. Don't need a lot of space/bandwidth, need PHP, 2 MySQL servers, PERL/CGI, preferably unlimited pop3 accounts and subdomains, ~5 FTP accounts, multiple domain name support (will pay extra for this) and cPanel.

Nothing illegal. Server intensive? I don't think running NewsPro, and a few php programs (galleries and such) are server intensive.. However, I might be wrong.
