First of all, I know that this has been posted before, but I am looking for pretty specific specifications on my hosting needs.

I need at least four databases, 4 email address, 45gb bandwidth, and 4gb hard drive.

What are my options? I hope to spend no more than $20/month.

We are in a bit of a bind with that and if we can not find someone else to go in with us, we have to move off of it since we can't afford all of it.

 
45GB of bandwidth and 4GB of space for around $20 a month? good luck....the only way i could see this happening is with a not too reliable hosting serivce that is in desperate need of customers...

I already have 6gb HD and 100gb bandwidth for $16.80/month on my current host.

That's going to be nearly impossible to beat.

You (we) got a great deal on that Nocster XP1800, I guess you could always find another partner to share the current server?

We can't afford the full server bill at the moment, plus the current admin is looking for a replacement because he does not have the time anymore.
