Can you recommend a few host sites where I can host sugarcrm(doesnt matter if it is install through installatron or root access and i will have to install it), php, cakephp, mysql, ftp, email, multiple domain. I am looking for as much space as possible for a low price, but i dont want website that hike the price after signup. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.

I am not exactly sure, let me guesstimate, 10 high volume user 20MB/wk, 2,000 regular user 1MB/month == 2.8GB/month?
 
Not sure about sugarcrm or cakephp but Surpasshosting offers all the other requirements for $6/mo. Ive been using them for years and done well by me. There have been some hiccups but never anything too serious, not sure if this is a commercial site or not. Your traffic doesn't seem to be heavy, you just have to be careful with shared hosting because if you monopolize too much of the server they may suspend your account temporarily.
