Hosting a BF1942 server

I'm thinking about getting speakeasy service and hosting a BF1942 server, but I need to know how many people would be able to play on a 1.5/768 connection. Anyone out there know about how many players? I'm shooting for 32, but I don't know if thats enough of an upload.
 
with only 768 you are looking at less than 20 people, bf eats up bandwidth hardcore, example my old clan had a server on a T1 at a guy's work and we could only have 24, maybe 26 people play lag free and that is with t1 upload. sorry dude
