A good friend got downsized at age 60 and started a small business. I helped him get a domain name and put up a one-page website that has basic info for his business, which is as much as I can do technically. He can't afford to pay someone to design something.

He needs to be able to put up photos and descriptions of items he is selling and change them himself. No shopping cart. He is not a technical guy. I thought I had heard of services that provide something like a pre-built site that you can easily edit but I don't know what they are called.

Any pointers/recommendations appreciated.
 
Squarespace looks like it might be a good solution. Will check out their 2-week free trial. Thanks everyone.
