One of my buddy is going to start his own small business... i showed him my exchange server vs download pop mails off a generic domain.. and looks like he wants exchange with bes or goodlink support (some has it)

1. anyone use them ? or have a vendor to recommend ?
2. its for 1 or 2 users
3. can you have your own domain ? or it follows host domain ?

if you have referral, pm me and if the deal is good, im sure i'll have him sign up..

Yes you have your own domain.

Register that domain and have the MX record point towards the hosted exchange box.
We use www.digitalnorth.net

There are hundreds if not thousands of these companies out there.

Two reliable Exchange hosts:
Intermedia.net (California, I believe)
Ownwebnow.com (Florida)

Hosted Exchange accounts are $6 to $15 a month. Intermedia.net is $10 per mailbox, with a minimum of 3 mailboxes.

but not all are good right ?
Of course they aren't. You want reliable connections, reliable backups, and good customer support.
