So if i want to host a CS server for me and my friends to play on (not dedicated) can i just open the needed ports in my router and people connect through my WAN : Port?

Ive got TCP 6003, TCP 7001 - 7002, UDP 27005, UDP 27010 - 27015, and UDP 27025 open currently to run a CS server.

If i get in the game and create a server, then can some one connect through my WAN IP at port 27015?
