Host a server on InsightBB connection?

I just moved to Illinois and the apartment I'm in has cable internet through Insight. I have a webserver back in NY that is hosted on a friend's DSL connection that I'd like to bring here to IL. I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not InsightBB allows people to run non-commercial servers from their residential connections. Thanks in advance.

All though I dont have InsightBB. I looked at the TOS and found they dont allow running servers.

"Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, using the Insight Broadband Internet Service Equipment or the Service to:"

"run programs or servers from the Premises that provide network content or any other services to others. Examples of prohibited programs include, but are not limited to, mail, ftp, http, game, newsgroup, proxy, IRC servers and multi-user interactive forums;"

Thats ok. I had a hard time looking though the TOS to find the info my self. Anyways most but not all cable providers allows servers on thier network.
