I think we're going to start seeing a LOT more unexplained or random anthrax exposures and infections. It wouldn't at all surprise me if they didn't have a few people running around contaminating various buildings. Anthrax has turned-up in some unexpected places in the last few days, places that could not have been exposed to that much anthrax by cross-contamination from those three letters. I would also expect to see at least a few inside jobs.
