Transferring files between both wireless computers (IBM T41 and MacMini) is a nightmare on my Di-624...

They can see each other just fine, browsing the network is pretty slow but transfering files is HORRID.

I just transferred a 3Mb Mp3, took about 8-10 minutes. 🙁

Any ideas how i can diagnose what is wrong?

If you've got another machine, replace one of the ones you mentioned and see if it solves the problem, or you could try booting a linux CD on one of them. My guess is that it's something to do with windows filesharing, what software are you using to transfer the files? Try FTP or TFTP to keep it simple.
