Horrible Customer Service at Continental Airlines

So I went to Chicago last week with my boss and his wife.

He wanted to get a seat next to her on the plane so he waited on line to get it changed.

When he got up to the ticket agent she told him to do it at an automated terminal. So he asked her to do it since he was already there. She told him to stop wasting her time and to leave. My boss was like "excuse me?" Then she got really belligerent and said "don't waste my time!". We were all in shock and it wasn't like we were asking her something outrageous, plus there was no one else on line.

Then she went ran out to him as we were walking away and shoved her name badge in his face and said "Go ahead and complain. This is my name make sure you spell it right!"

She was such a b!tch it was unreal. We didn't do a thing but ask her to change seats and she became belligerent.
 
Sometimes people have bad days.

And get fired for what they do. 😀

She was a middle aged big blonde woman with a tan and lots of jewelry and we are both NYC raised asians.

My boss is really courteous and was to her. I was right there. There was no one else behind us so it wasn't like there was pressure on her to get us moving.

In fact, I knew something was wrong when the person in front of us said curtly "have a nice day to you too" to her and stormed off.
