Horrible 3DMark results with a Barton 2500 on a A7N8X Deluxe.

I just setup a A7N8X Deluxe with a AMD Barton 2500, 2-256 DDR 2700 sticks of ram, a 7200 rpm HD, Geforce4 Ti4200, I have the dual channel running and the fsb is set to 166. I'm getting a score of about 816 on 3DMark03, when I look at other people's score on 3DMark's website with same cpu, video card, etc I'm seeing scores over 1500. The system is running fine and stable but I don't see any improvements in game play compared to my old mb, cpu, and memory (Abit KT7, AMD Thunderbird 1100, 512 SDRAM).

Do you have all your BIOS settings correct? AGP size, etc?

What's your 3DM2001 score?

BTW, you have to have a DX9 compatible VIDEOCARD to score more than about 1500.

IIRC, only the 9700/9800 Pro and the GeForce FXs are, ATM.

I have the same videocard, but a faster CPU and memory and I score about 1300, IIRC.

9500 Pro's are Direct X 9 also ?
