Yes.
The difference in total score with, for instance, an A64 San Diego vs. a P4 is only about 100 marks in 3dm06 and 3dM05. In real gaming, where the processor has to filter information being thrown at it, there can be a more noticeable difference.
Replace your PSU then re-test.
