Horizontal white lines in HD DVD playback

Running single monitor or dual monitors, DVI or HDMI...I get intermittent white noise through the image, and audio drops out of sync every 7-10 minutes. E5200 @ 3.24Ghz, 4Gb, Radeon HD 4650. Any ideas..? My Toshiba HD-A2 decided to die, so I'm stuck with PC for playback.

Well, best I can recall I did not have this problem with my old 4870, so I'll just replace the card and hope for the best.

I would wonder if it could be an HDCP issue, but don't know.

I didn't have that problem with my old video card - I also tried the latest drivers with no luck.

Nope. The only software I have that's HD DVD / bluray capable is PowerDVD (bundled with the drive).

Replaced the 4650 with a 4890 - no more white lines. Still can't get audio/video to sync, though. POS software..

I might just get an HDDVD drive for the 360.
