Horizontal lines with Geforce 256

I am getting horizontal lines on my screen coming off of window boxes etc.... when using my Gefore 256. Is something wrong with the card or is there something I forgot. The monitor is fine and there are no cords that are crossing creating emf.

Are they black lines that follow a window when you move it around?
I had the same problem, had to replace the card to fix it.
Guess you really can't call it a fix if I had to replace it.

I couldn't figure out what was wrong, did total driver reinstall and wiggled all the cables, kicked it a few times, nothin' worked.
