Horizontal Lines on TV out.

My TV has lines going across it and they are bugging the hell out of me, any idea???

Video card is Radeon 9800 Pro

Mayhaps a ground loop. Disconnect any other cables from the TV and see if the lines disappear (the primary culprit is usually coaxial cable from "cable TV"). If so, a ground wire betwixt the "cable TV" cable shield (or splitter block) and the PC case may reduce or eliminate the symptom. Otherwise a cable TV RF isolator will do it.
