I have the VisonTek Xtasy geforce4 Ti4400 card running on an MSI k7t266 pro2-ru board with an Athlon XP 1900+. The problem I am having is with the S-Video out to my television set. When I play movies or games on the tv the picture comes out perfect except during scenes with rapidly moving objects. During these periods, a horizontal line develops in the image which results in half on the picture refreshing faster, or slower (if your a pessimist), that the rest of the image. I have tried playing around with all the settings and cannot seem to find a solution to this annoyance.
Has anyone had this experience in the past with their S-Video out or know what the problem might be?
