Horizontal flickering lines across screen...

Well, I just got a 6800nu AGP card, stuck it in, and noticed there was horizontal bars flickering across the screen. It's kinda like a wavy display, and this only happens for 2D text because 3dmark05 runs fine.

I experimented with custom timings and noticed that if I changed the horizontal vsync polarity from + to -, it fixed the flickering. However, it still has the same problem at bootup.

Advice?
