Edit:
Wonder why you're choosing an open box motherboard though. Most of the time, they come with the bare board - no cables or anything. Maybe luck out and get an IO shield lol.

That's what I went with. I just got it in today and haven't tinkered with it yet. Some people will say no cus it doesn't overclock as high as the p45 but it was fine for me and will still overclock well.
