Hope this is a good place to ask this...Can Chase confirm online activity based on browser history activity?

Chase recently sent me a no cost to me refinance offer so I filled out the application online prior to the offer expiration on 04/25. I called back a week later and they said there was no record of my application. I spoke to their escalation team and they said would review their logs to see if there was any record of my application. Today, they said they couldn't find anything.

I found the page visits in my browser history. Is there anything here their technical team can use to confirm my application? I blacked out the unique codes/numbers below...

Probably unlikely. If they made an earnest effort to look at their logs and the application just isn't there, any browser bread crumbs won't help.

Note the applicationNumber parameter in the URL is empty on the Confirmation page.

Dumb Q, but you didn't get an email confirmation or you don't see any record in the Chase portal? Chase is arguably the best large U.S. megabank so this is pretty unusual to see.

After I submitted the application, a 'thank you' message was displayed and it said Chase would contact me in a few days. I thought I was golden after seeing that.
